More Crufts TV than ever before

Dog lovers can look forward to a record-breaking 15 hours of television coverage when Crufts returns to Channel 4 and More4 this March to celebrate the world’s largest dog show. This is an hour more than the 2018 show which was then a record in itself and means that, at the weekend, viewers will be treated to a total of eight hours of Crufts on Channel 4!

REX-IT': International Crufts entries fall significantly for first time in over a decade

The number of overseas dogs due to compete at Crufts 2020 has seen a significant drop for the first time in around a decade, marking a potential sign of concern amongst dog owners about travelling in a post-Brexit world, and an indicator of the possible implications Brexit will have on future four-legged international entries to the show.

Junior Warrant finalists head to Crufts 2020

Free eye testing offer at Crufts 2020: Applications now open

The Kennel Club and British Veterinary Association are pleased to offer free eye testing to exhibitors at Crufts this year. Forty appointments per day will be available free of charge, giving a total of 160 free appointments across the four days of the show, funded jointly by the Kennel Club and the BVA.

Five inspirational young people nominated for major Crufts award

A 24-year-old who is giving back to the community in memory of his mum; an 11-year-old who is already competing for her country in agility; a 14-year-old selflessly giving up his time to volunteer for others; a 15-year-old bravely fighting lymphoma with the support of her dogs; and a 23-year-old dedicating her time to dogs with behavioural problems have been revealed as the finalists in the YKC Young Person of the Year Award, a national competition that rewards remarkable and inspiring young people.

Crufts 2020 – The world’s most famous dog show set to be another exciting event

Crufts will welcome around 26,000 dogs this year, taking part in a wide variety of competitions and displays over the four days of the world’s most famous dog show, which takes place at the NEC Birmingham from 5th - 8th March. Last year, a record attendance of over 166,500 visitors joined in the annual celebration of man’s best friend, the third year in succession that the attendance record had been broken.
