Build-up (hi viz required at all times) - space only sites

Shell scheme available for dressing - Please do not arrive on site before these times as your shell scheme site will not be ready.

NORMAL WORKING HOURS FINISH AT 6 PM EACH EVENING DURING BUILD UP, HOWEVER, LATER WORKING MAY BE AVAILABLE AFTER THIS TIME SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEE PAYABLE ON SITE. FLOOR MANAGERS TO BE NOTIFIED OF ANY LATE WORKING BY 5 PM EACH EVENING.

ALL SPACE ONLY SITES SHOULD BE BUILT AND READY FOR STRUCTURAL INSPECTION FROM MIDDAY ON WEDNESDAY 6 MARCH 2024.

Stands must be complete and all exhibits in position by close of hall on Wednesday 6 March 2024.

Open Period

Stand holders should be in attendance on their stand continuously during the open times

Show Open Hours: Thursday 7 March - Sunday 10 March inclusive:

Exhibitors with dogs arrive from 0600 hours each day.

Public open times - 08.15 -18.30 hours each day. Sunday 10 March halls will close at 18.00 hours.

Breakdown (hi viz required at all times)

BREAKDOWN WILL COMMENCE IN ALL HALLS 1,2,3,3A, 4 and 5 WHEN ALL VISITORS HAVE LEFT THE HALLS AT APPROXIMATELY 7.30 PM ON SUNDAY 10 MARCH. AN ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE MADE WHEN IT IS SAFE TO COMMENCE BREAKDOWN.

HOWEVER VEHICULAR ACCESS TO HALL 1 WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNTIL AFTER BEST IN SHOW HAS FINISHED AT 9.00 PM. 

SHELL SCHEME STANDS MUST BE CLEARED BY 10PM ON SUNDAY 10 MARCH.

Breakdown will need to be completed by 12 noon on Monday 11 March 2024.

Restocking - please note

Restocking is strictly between 7.30pm - 9.00pm each evening. No restocking is permitted at any other time unless items are hand carried (no trolleys are permitted due to health and safety regulations)

Online delivery system

Please note ALL trade exhibitors and their contractors must pre-book ALL deliveries/vehicle access online in advance of the show for ALL build up days and also restocking during the show. The deposit system will also still be in place on Wednesday 6 March. Bookings should be made via this link.
