Perth Dog Training has been KCGCDS Listed since 2012 and is run by Corrine Kennedy. They hold classes, one to one training sessions as well as organising regular pack walks for club members. The club also arranges fun raising events for canine charities. Even when dogs and handlers pass their GCDS Gold test the club also has a class for members who can maintain their training and enjoy relationships with their dogs.
Some dogs attend the class with added baggage but the club is very understanding and insures that both dogs and handlers are comfortable in the class. Corinne is extremely dedicated to her work with the owners and their dogs and spends five nights a week taking classes from puppy foundation right through to Gold. The Club prides itself on the little details whether it is taking classes, looking after customer’s dogs or working with dogs or people with various disabilities. Numerous dogs representing ‘Dogs for Good’ have all passed all their GCDS tests and are now fully qualified to carry out their work. The club spends time helping others whether it be in class or outside of lessons and as Corrine is always at the other end of the telephone where required!
To date the Club has awarded 702 GCDS certificates. In 2018 there were 88 Puppy Foundation, 39 Bronze, 14 Silver and 12 Gold passes achieved.Vote now!
