Special Award presented to triple World Champion Natasha Wise

Triple dog agility world champion, Natasha Wise from Rickmansworth had a weekend to remember at the world’s greatest dog show, Crufts, as she received a special achievement award as well as winning the medium agility championship final with her world champion dog,  Dizzy, and being part of the winning team in the team competition for large dogs.

The special award was presented in honour of Natasha and her Border Collie, Dizzy, becoming the first pair to win the World Agility Championship three times and was given to Natasha by Graham Partridge, who was International Agility Team Manager during the time that she won her third gold.

Natasha and Dizzy have had an impressive career in agility. As well as the World Championships, they won the medium agility championship final last year too and are four times winners of the Kennel Club Olympia Agility Stakes for the medium category.

Natasha and her fiancé Matthew won the agility team event for large dogs with their team White Horse Agility Gold, which also included her sister and brother-in-law. For that event, Natasha competed with another of her dogs, Jive.

Caroline Kisko, Kennel Club Secretary said: “Natasha has been involved in agility competitions since the age of seven and has shown that with hard work and dedication you can achieve your goals.
“We would like to congratulate Natasha and Dizzy for their wonderful achievement on winning the prestigious World Agility Championship three times. This award is very well deserved as they have proved that they are two of the world’s leading agility stars. Well done to Natasha for adding two more prestigious titles to her tally at Crufts 2013.”

Natasha, aged 30, and six year old Dizzy won the FCI World Agility Championship in 2009, 2010 and 2012 in the individual competition for medium sized dogs, winning the latest championship in October last year in the Czech Republic.
