Advance press accreditation for Crufts 2013 is now closed.
If you have not already registered for press accreditation for the event, then you may do so at the show itself. Please come to the Press Office, which will be located in the Toute Suite (inside the main entrance to the NEC). You will not need an entry ticket for the show to gain access to the Press Office as it is not within the show itself.
To be accepted for press accreditation at the show, you will need to produce one of the following at the event:
- A recognised press card
- A letter from the head of the organisation being represented, confirming the purpose of your visit.
- Examples of your work, accompanied by photographic ID.
Please note that registration will be refused without the appropriate documents being produced.
Press registration at the show opens on Thursday 7th March at 7.30am and closes on Sunday 10th March in the early evening.
Ticket allocation for Best in Show will be made during the course of the show
Private Filming and Photography
Commercial cinematography and television equipment may only be used at Crufts if press accreditation has been issued by the organisers.
Crufts and the Kennel Club are happy for you to take photos and videos during your visit for your own personal use as souvenirs of your day at Crufts. However, there are certain restrictions on the use of cameras for still photography and private video films. Please complete the declaration form below to say that you agree to abide with these restrictions.
We are happy for you to put your Crufts videos on YouTube, Facebook or any other social media sites. However, please be aware that all videos and footage taken by the Kennel Club remains copyright of The Kennel Club who will have the right to claim (ie monetise) any video containing any such material which is uploaded to the web. If you incorporate such material then your video may be claimed and, in certain circumstances, you may be requested to remove it from YouTube.
The reason we are now doing this is that we are providing extensive live free coverage of Crufts on YouTube and the small amount of revenue we get from adverts on claimed videos on YouTube helps to pay for this service.
PLEASE NOTE:
No private filming or photography of any sort is allowed during the Best In Show section of the Arena Programme at Crufts 2013.
