Winner of the Kennel Gazette Junior Warrant
A miniature poodle (CH BRENARD LET'S GO MOONWALKING TO NAVARRE JW), co-owned by Cathy Lawton Anderson from Newcastle and Mrs Holmes Leake from Bradford, has been crowned as winner of the Kennel Gazette Junior Warrant Competition at just two years old.
The young poodle beat her nine fellow finalists, all aged 6 to 18 months at the time of entry, to become the proud winner of the esteemed Crufts prize, one of the highest levels of achievement for young pedigree dogs.
She scored her place in the final after impressing judges and winning in a series of Open and Championship shows over the last year.
The reserve was a beagle (Champion Serenaker Devil in Disguise) owned by Miss Serena Parker and Mr Graham Stevens from Chester in Cheshire
