There's only 5 Weeks to go until DFS Crufts 2010!!

Well hello once again to all you dog-lovers out there!!

I can't believe another year's gone by, and what an exciting year it's been for pedigree and crossbreed dogs alike. And with less than 5 weeks to go until the first day of the World's Greatest Dog Show, it's now time to start getting really excited about what's on offer at this years' DFS Crufts.

Over the next few weeks, and during DFS Crufts 2010, I'l be highlighting and touching upon the main conversations that'll be happening all around the NEC, and indeed the ever-expanding dog-loving world.

I'll also be the veterinary presenter on the evening televized shows on More4 and appearing on DFS Crufts FM twice a day - so please feel-free to interact as much as possible and let me know if there are any points you'd like to see/hear raised.

• How show dogs have a good temperament from which other dogs can learn from, and the importance of good training schemes.
• How the show ring rewards and encourages healthy dogs and their breeders.

• The growing area of canine agility, a great way to exercise and stay fit for both you and your dog.
