I can no longer attend Crufts, can I get a refund on my ticket?
Unfortunately tickets are non refundable
Dog Exhibitor Passes
When will I receive my Dog Exhibitor’s Passes?
Fosse Data start sending them out around mid February
My friend's got her passes but I haven’t got mine yet!
Due to the large numbers involved the passes are sent out over the period of about a week so please be patient.

Ticket booths are open on all dog doors from 6.00am so additional passes can be purchased on the day.

You need to write to the Crufts office giving as much information as possible and return any passes (if issued). Refunds are not done until after the show.
When will the Order Of Judging be available?
This will go onto the Crufts website when all entries have been processed (probably by early February) Only those breeds with an early or late start are listed. All others will commence at 9.00am.
I need to leave early with my dogs
Go to the Dog Exhibitors Stand, located in Hall 3 for permission. This cannot be arranged in advance, it can only be done on the day.

Can I purchase car parking on the day?
Parking can be paid for at the ticket booths before exiting, located around the car parks.

Disabled Visitors
What kind of access is there at the NEC for disabled visitors?
All levels of the NEC are accessible to wheelchair users, via lifts and ramps. The Piazza and Atrium have automatic doors.
Where are the disabled car parks at the NEC and can they be pre-booked?
All disabled drivers will need to display their blue badge and parking will be free of charge. Disabled parking is located at or near the main entrances. This service can not be pre booked and is available on a first come first served basis.
