Kennel Club Assured Breeder Scheme
Come and find out about the Assured Breeder Scheme and the importance of being part of it. Find out about buying a puppy responsibly, how to find an Assured Breeder and learn more about our Puppy Plan.

Find out what the Kennel Club does for Dog Health at our Health and Breeder Services stand! We can answer any queries on breeding and both dog breeders and owners can talk to veterinary advisors, scientists, geneticists and breeder specialists about our wide range of Kennel Club health initiatives.

Find a puppy and Breed Rescue
Over the four days of Crufts, 16 rescues are joining us on the stand to promote their breed and the hard work that they do – and they are bringing along some of the wonderful dogs that they care for.
You can also pick up a range of information guides on topics including buying a puppy responsibly, puppy socialisation and dog training as well as finding out about our Find a Puppy and Find a Rescue services.
The Kennel Club Academy
Find out more about all aspects of the Kennel Club Academy including Judges education, access for KCAI members and our free breeder education resources. Sign up for the Academy at the show and receive a special offer!
The KCAI team will be on hand to show existing and prospect members around the KC Academy site. Interested in becoming a canine professional, a dog instructor or dog behaviourist? Then find out more about how the KCAI scheme can help you and why you should sign up.

Kennel Club Breeder Lounge
Breeders can get a cup of tea or coffee in the Kennel Club Breeder Lounge which will be hosted by Kennel Club and Agria Pet Insurance staff.
Find out about all the different activities you can do with your dog and pick up a Beginner Guide in any of the following: Dog Showing, Rally, Agility, Field Trials, Working Trials, Bloodhound Trials, Flyball and NEW Cani Cross. All Kennel Club publications will be available on the stand, including the new Illustrated Breed Standard, which will be available to buy at the show.
Displays for each discipline will be going on throughout the day and you can meet those involved to discuss the various activities in more depth.
There will be great displays going on at the GCDS ring throughout the show demonstrating responsible dog ownership and all the scheme levels.
The Young Kennel Club ring will host a full programme of competitions for Young Kennel Club members that have qualified for the finals in activities ranging from agility to grooming. Also on Thursday, Friday and Saturday we will also be offering young people at the show the chance try out their handling skills in the ring.
There will be dogs from charities and independent service providers on the stand every day. We will have books and beanbags for kids to sit and get to know the dogs and have a go at reading with them, as well as more information on all our partner charities and providers for parents, teachers and potential volunteers to find out more about how to get Bark & Read going in their local schools.
